Urban Training Collaborative 2016

During the last ten years, since the beginning of CMT, we have been connected to a larger international network of urban leaders. The Urban Training Collaborative is a network of organizations that train grassroots leaders in different cities around the world. The common objective that unites all of us in the UTC network is to train urban leaders to be incarnational agents of transformation in their cities. Coming Together As One

By Nathan Hardeman, Founder & CEO Engadi Ministries I Corinthians 12 talks  about how we are all one in the Body of Christ.  Each one of us serves a special purpose within God’s kingdom.  The sad part is that we rarely apply this verse globally.  The first permanent evangelical missionary came to Guatemala 1882.  In 1937 an amazing thing happened here in Guatemala, four mission organizations met together to fellowship and share their ministerial burdens. A chance to celebrate God’s good news

"I am so happy that our kids can play together"; "thanks a lot for taking the time to unite us all in one place"; "this is at the very core of CMT's DNA", were some of the expressions we heard at the end of the day together. Even more, a good friend, challenged us by saying: Where will we meet next year? This is, indeed, a beautiful questi...

Timothy Leadership Training Experience

"As a sharing vision with the Center for Transforming Mission –CMT– Guatemala, I was able to confirm through the process of TLT (Timothy Leadership Training) that it is possible to move from a vision to a mission when our hearts are connected in achieving specific and measurable goals. Or in other words, we were able to move from good intentions (desires) to effective outcomes (results). A few years ago, we began to walk together as organizations wanting to see a moral, spiritual, ethic, and social transformation with the people we were working with; and, to be honest, I didn’t exactly know where this was going to take us as a church; or how ...
